Laser Cutting
High-power machines (4–12kW) equipped with an automated warehouse, capable of cutting sheet metal up to 20 mm thick. A state-of-the-art machine featuring an automated loading/unloading system for 24/7 continuous operation is expected to become operational by the end of 2025.
CNC Punching
An array of advanced AMADA punching machines, including electric, hydraulic, and eccentric punching (up to 50 tons).
Hardware Insertion
The company operates several CNC hardware insertion machines for a wide variety of fasteners.
CNC Bending
“Eight precision bending machines of various models, all manufactured by AMADA. These press brakes accommodate sheet metal bending for various lengths, up to a maximum of 3 meters.”
Welding and Grinding
Our company employs certified welders who perform TIG, CO₂ (MIG/MAG), and spot welding on a variety of materials, including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel—for both defense and commercial projects.
Polishing
A high-quality finishing machine designed for deburring and brushing, ensuring a perfect surface finish.
Pre-paint Preparation and Finishing
This department performs meticulous finishing treatments and pre-paint masking to ensure the highest quality of painting and packaging.
Painting
An automated, eco-friendly powder coating line, operated by robotic systems for electrostatic painting.
Assembly
Our professional assembly department utilizes efficient workstations to assemble a wide range of finished products, including communication cabinets, safes, workstations, sub-assemblies, and various complex assemblies.
Infrastructure
The factory is located in the Northern Industrial Zone of Or Akiva, spanning a built-up area of 4,000 square meters.
