Contech is Israel’s largest manufacturer of communication and server racks, as well as a producer of advanced electronic enclosures. Beyond being a manufacturing company, we are first and foremost an Israeli company proud of our local production, proudly bearing the blue-and-white colors. We view our factory as a home, currently comprising about 70 family members. Since our founding, we have faithfully served state institutions as long-time approved suppliers of the Ministry of Defense and the Israel Electric Corporation. We also maintain extensive operations in the civilian market, with our racks installed in data centers across the country.

קונטק נוסדה בשנת 2004 כמיזוג של חברות “סולומון את ססבון” ו-“פקר עיבודים מתקדמים”, חברת בת של קונצרן פקר פלדה. בשנת 2021 נרכשה קונטק ע”י “קבוצת לחמן”, אשר חולשת על תחום המתכת החל משנות ה-40. כחלק מקבוצה המונה כ-7 חברות, יצרנו עם השנים שיתופי פעולה בין המפעלים השונים. בקבוצת לחמן אנו רואים את רצפות הייצור שלנו כרצפת יצור אחת, בה כל מפעל מביא לידי ביטוי את תחום ההתמחות שלו. כך אנחנו מוודאים כי לקוחותינו זוכים לפתרונות כוללים וחבילה רחבה של שירותים.
Engineering – Where it all begins
Our engineering department supports customers from the initial concept through to the final product, combining decades of accumulated experience, extensive technological knowledge, and creative thinking.
Using advanced 3D design with SOLIDWORKS, the department offers Design for Manufacturing (DfM) services to our customers. Already in the early design stages of a new product, we improve the design to ensure efficient manufacturing and optimal cost.
The department also provides:
- Full and organized engineering documentation within the Priority ERP system
- Matching of raw materials, finished materials, and coatings according to standard requirements and market needs
- Development and testing of prototypes, including adjustments and improvements until production approval
- Use of SOLIDWORKS for advanced 3D design
Sales and Technical Support
Our sales team consists of professionals with engineering backgrounds and deep knowledge of the electronic assembly field.
The team provides tailored consulting, professional service, and cost-effective solutions – including on the client’s site.
Advanced Manufacturing Technologies
The company operates advanced and diverse production lines, enabling precise, fast, and high-quality manufacturing:
- Laser Cutting – High-power machines (4–12KW) with automatic storage. Another advanced machine is expected to be operational by the end of 2025.
- CNC Punching – AMADA system including electric, hydraulic, and eccentric punching (up to 50 tons).
- Computerized Bending – 8 precise bending machines of various models, all manufactured by AMADA.
- Welding and Grinding – Certified welders performing TIG, CO₂, and spot welding – including for security projects.
- Polishing – Polishing machine for burr removal and achieving a perfect finish.
- Surface Preparation and Finishing – Careful treatments to ensure paint quality and packaging.
- Painting – Environmentally friendly automatic paint line with electrostatic powder coating.
- Assemblies – Professional assembly department for complex products such as communication cabinets, safes, subassemblies, and more.
