The TzvaD rack is specially designed for test stations and integration of 19″ equipment in defense and industrial environments.
A rigid frame built from strong, decorative aluminum profiles provides excellent protection for the equipment along with a clean, modern appearance. The model offers the option of external installation of a monitor arm and additional accessories on continuous profiles, high accessibility, extensive expansion and customization possibilities, and safe transportation under heavy loads — ensuring your system operates optimally and is easy to use.

Frame and Mechanical Structure

Rigid frame made of strong, decorative aluminum profiles.
Mesh base cover for protection and airflow.
Short rear door with a 1U cross member beneath it (for integrating equipment / service rails).
Removable side panels with the option to add cable entry openings as required.
4 external profiles with continuous slots integrated into the cabinet columns – for mounting a monitor arm, cable hooks, and other accessories.
16 cage nuts for mounting equipment (4 per profile).
19″ mounting depth angles.
Continuous aluminum profile (for spring nuts / sliding accessories), or perforated metal for cage nuts.

Transport and Positioning

Forklift lifting preparation.
Set of 5″ heavy-duty casters mounted to the base with a reinforcement plate – load capacity up to 1000 kg.

Power, Ventilation and Grounding

Grounding bar, 5×30 mm cross-section – height as required.
Selectable power strips: Israeli plug / IEC (“kettle”) with or without plug locking.

Cooling and Operation Accessories
