Wide 19-inch racks from the Hermon series, in 750/800 mm width, are designed for projects that require a combination of high load capacity, full equipment accessibility, and organized, aesthetic cable management. The reinforced Heavy Duty structure, together with internal cable ducts and cover plates, enables dense installation of servers and communication equipment while maintaining clean cable routing, efficient airflow, and a professional appearance inside the rack.

Main Features:

• Heavy Duty – Reinforced steel chassis for high loads – Welded front frame, depth crossbars, and horizontal omegas for maximum rigidity and stability, suitable for high load capacities of approximately 1000–1200 kg.
• 750/800 mm width for improved cable management – The increased width allows the addition of internal cable ducts and cover plates, keeping cables organized along the sides of the rack without obstructing access to equipment.
• Internal cable ducts and cover plates – Optional ducts for routing and securing cables inside the rack, along with a cover plate to close the gap between the side panel and the equipment — for an aesthetic appearance and easy maintenance.
• Removable side panels with full access – Removable side panels with optional internal locking, simplifying wiring, troubleshooting, and system expansion.
• Depth rails and omegas for structure reinforcement – Four 2 mm thick depth rails with pre-drilled holes for mounting 19″ equipment or aluminum rails with a continuous slot for captive nuts, along with horizontal omegas for added rigidity.
• Variety of front and rear doors – Available with straight or curved perforated doors, solid doors, or tempered glass doors — to match the required airflow level and site appearance.
• Mobility and positioning on site – Four cylindrical wheels for easy transportation of the cabinet and optional height-adjustable leveling feet for final alignment and stabilization in place.
• Grounding preparation and complementary accessories – The cabinet comes with grounding preparation at the base and can be ordered with grounding bars in various heights, along with accessories such as additional cable ducts, drawers, fixed or sliding shelves, power strips, blank panels, and more.
• Finish and standards compliance – Electrostatically powder-coated in an oven with 60–100 micron thickness in RAL 9005/7035 according to customer requirements, and compliant with 19″, ROHS, and ISO standards.
